PP Food Packaging

The full name is polypropylene, which is a polymer formed by the addition polymerization of propylene. As a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material, PP has good impact and corrosion resistance, the melting point and softening temperature of PP are high, and the density is low, so pp is lighter than PET. In addition, the products of PP material are lightweight, non-toxic, and do not contain the chemical substance bisphenol A, which is harmful to people's bodies, and are widely made in catering packaging boxes, basins, films, and so on. In addition, pp can withstand high temperatures of 110 ℃~120 ℃, and good heat resistance, in the microwave oven, is completely no problem, especially marked with pp (5) products, and can be repeatedly used and heated.

However, due to the limitations of its material, the transparency of PP plastic is slightly lower than that of PET, but the transparency can also be improved through a special process.
